Most early childhood education professional development in-service trainings and keynotes start with an average speaker for schools talking AT you while showing sleepy power point slides full of words and old book theory data. BORING!! This is NOT how a motivational speaker for teachers engages an audience. It's how to disengage them! Those early childhood education workshops are dreary and shut off your body's natural want and passion to learn! As an ADHD adult and early childhood speaker, I can only learn through fun and play and that's what UNprofessional development is all about!!!!! What is UNprofessional development, you ask? Well... It's absolutely NO POWERPOINTS! ZZZZZZZZZZZ I don't talk at you, I talk with you! I don't educate you, I educe you! (Look it up instead of pretending you know what it means! 😬) AND I still work with preschoolers regularly in our Yogarate classes. Can other early childhood education speakers say that? 🤪 Every participant in every early childhood keynote, breakout and in-service training experiences joy and child-like laughter through TMVs (Teachable Moment Videos) that are also thought provoking and possibly even mindset shifting. We stretch our bodies in our seats, sing-a-long to popular songs, learn loving ways to breathe and take on self-care AND magically quiet our minds with one simply sentence. 😉 As the EST of ECE conference speakers, I am the... FunEST WildEST SilliEST which means you'll have the... GreatEST WonderfulEST BestEST time with me. Will you choose professional develzzzzzzz or UNprofessional development? The choice is yours! @RonShualiMEd
